This was a surprise for my partner’s birthday, arranged by old friends. Wasn’t properly dressed and didn’t know what to expect, but what a pleasant surprise!
Guides were great - just the right blend of instruction, information and guidance - relaxed and good to chat to as well. Special shout-out to Angus and Rick.
Interesting and involving way to view Melbourne’s various skylines, from Victoria Harbour, Bolte Bridge, South Wharf, Crown, Flinders Street Station and Fed Square.
Learned new skills as well as enjoying a light workout. Mild winter’s evening, got splashed a bit (probably because of my deficient technique) but a terrific experience overall.
I recommend this to everyone - tourists and locals alike.
Only things I’d suggest as improvements are slightly smaller groups (our group got strung out and delayed because of varying degrees of competency) and the inclusion of transport back to the starting point where our cars were parked.
This was a 95/100 experience, so 5 stars all the way.

Our guides were fun, helpful, knowledgeable and great to banter with. The scenery and the general experience of kayaking along the Yarra, including under the Bolte Bridge, left our family in awe!! Eating our fish and chips dinner in our kayaks just added to the novelty and fun, while we chatted to others in our group. Simply one of the best family experiences we've shared. Thank you so much!

I have been living in Melbourne for 4 years and this is hands down my favorite tour i've done. Will be bringing all friends and family to go! They provide all the gear, waterproof bags, splash guard and waterproof jacket so you are kept warm (I went in Winter!). The view is one i've never experienced before, such a good way to see a city!
Excellent city kayaking

We had an enjoyable evening kayaking, it was great to watch the city as the sun set and the lights came on. The guides were helpful and knowledgeable. Even as beginner kayakers, we felt comfortable on the water. Dinner of Fish & Chips was delicious and fun to eat it whilst in the kayaks.
Do bring a towel or change of clothes as you can get quite wet.

Awesome guide, great views of the city and excellent equipment. The food was also pretty good. I would highly recommend this kayak tour.

Absolutely loved this tour. Our instructors Aidan and Imad were so good. They made sure we were all comfortable and relaxed. We were given safety gear, instructions and waterproof gear. Maybe a few larger sizes might be good to have on hand. Not the fault of the kayaking company, but we wanted to see Crown Casino’s fire display from the water, but due to climate regulations, they were switched off. We were given some dinner and diet restrictions were catered to. An amazing experience. Anyone new to kayaking would truly love this experience too! The city views were AMAZING- the weather helped a lot in this!
Relaxing experience with mix feelings about dinner

It was very structured which was excellent. Highly recommend you bring a jacket if you do the late evening one and you start the night warm because it does get cold. I took my best girlfriend and her partner on this experience to celebrate her birthday. If you have someone that requires lots of food, order a pizza and don’t get the fish and chips. I would highly not recommend getting the fish and salad because they don’t provide you with any cutlery so I just had to eat the salad with my hands. Good wasn’t bad but we did wait a bit. You eat in your Kayak which is where you can get cold quickly because your standing still. I would highly recommend you bring your own water bottle as well because the experience doesn’t provide you water during dinner. Overall, it was relaxing and fun on the waters.
